BMW 8 Series 840 CI Alpina V8 German Muscle car 1995

BMW 840 CI September 1995 cost around £70K new!
Orient metallic blue and creamy beige interior, excellent condition throughout, practically 2 owners from new lots of service history well below average miles.Recently refurbished 18 inch Alpina style wheels and badged as an Alpina, brand new tyres to front ,backs excellent, brakes and discs excellent, recent service,12 months MOT and taxed to end of December.
Fabulous pillarless Coupe, all electrics etc working fine,no warning lights,no issues with this example, hard to find better!
Excellent performance from 4.0 multivalve V8,almost 300 BHP on tap, better performance, reliability and style than many of its nearest rivals that cost much more,DB7,XJS / XK8.In its time the most expensive car BMW ever built, over engineered to last a lifetime and but not ruinous to run, utterly reliable quality car.Mine manages a reasonable 24 MPG on a run and now has classic car status so insurance is a mere £200 (for 40+ year olds).Turns heads wherever it goes, not too many around, looks great in any company.
Has a very deep boot with loads of luggage space and even a ski hatch.Premium sound system, super safe having drivers and passenger airbags, traction control, sports suspension, the list goes on and on.Rear seats only suitable for kids,no worse than other cars in its class, better than some.
